5. Subscriptions
Some parts of Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Jess Aktas Consulting cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide Jess Aktas Consulting with accurate and complete billing information that may include but not be limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Jess Aktas Consulting to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Jess Aktas Consulting reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.
6. Fee Changes
Jess Aktas Consulting, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Jess Aktas Consulting will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
7. Refunds
Since our services involve time, preparation, and personalized support, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds for packages or sessions purchased.
8. Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for Content that you post on or through Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.

13. Session Materials & Access
All session recordings, documents, and other materials provided during our work together are intended for your personal use to support your learning. Access to shared folders, classrooms, and recordings is provided as a courtesy to enhance your experience, and may be adjusted or revoked at our discretion (for example, in the event of policy violations, inappropriate behavior, or other circumstances where continued access is not appropriate).
Your session recordings and transcripts are kept strictly private and are never shared with anyone. They are only reviewed by Jess Aktas as needed for teaching, feedback, or quality improvement purposes.
14. Intellectual Property
Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jess Aktas Consulting and its licensors.
15. Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
